Sad to see this review. She ordered 5/14, I shipped 5/15 because it was marked a gift. Never heard from buyer until I saw this review. Checked the delivery status and it is DELIVERED. International shipping can take longer and I always purchase insurance should an international package become lost. I wish I could hand deliver every purchase so I would know that it was delivered safe and sound. I am always happy to help when a buyer has questions or concerns about shipping. And I ALWAYS SHIP in a very timely manner. I feel this review is not fair, I wish you had come to me so I could have known what was going on in the shipping process. I do appreciate your purchase and I am always thankful for your business. I love my customers and ETSY.
